Cat computers is a computer support company based in North West Kent, owned and run by me - Luc. My main focus is home computer users but I also work for some small companies. I work from home, so I don't have the overheads that some businesses have, which in turn means I'm able to offer you a better price than many of my competitors. Normally, I don't charge call out fees and will provide a free estimate. If you don't want to go ahead with the job then in most circumstances, there's nothing to pay. There are a few occasions where I do charge for diagnostic work - things like this for example - but I will always make it clear to you beforehand where that is the case.
